Tracking anomalies / RMA
Returns are requested through the ESSistemaswebsite.
· You can request your return from the order/invoice containing the item(s) you want to return, choosing from the different options:
If the return request is approved, you will receive an email with the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. The label with the authorized Rma number can be printed directly on the return/Rma tracking.
The Rma number(s) must be clearly visible on the return note and on the outside of the packages, as well as the shipping address:

The maximum period from the date of authorization of the Rma: 15 calendar days.
The goods may be rejected in these cases:
- Goods are returned by Postal Mail.
- The RMA number(s) is not visible in the package.
- Goods damaged or with non-transportation for returns sent to freight paid by the sender.
· Commercial return
ESSistemas allows the customer to request the return of the products. The general return request period is 15 days from the invoice date. The particular conditions of each type of return are detailed in the table below:

· Doa Return / Warranty (Defective Products)
The purchase of products from ESSistemasimplies full acceptance of the manufacturer's warranty conditions, which are independent of the will of ESSistemas..
For this purpose, on the ESSistemas website: www.essistemas.com, the customer will find the identification and address of the manufacturer, and the conditions of warranty applied.

The management of the DOA and the warranty can be carried out through ESSistemas or directly with the manufacturer depending on the warranty process defined by each of the different suppliers.
If the warranty is directly with the manufacturer, ESSistemas will always be immersed in the management process together with the customer to try to speed up the resolution of the incident to the maximum.

· RMA return accepted
- Once you have approved your return, an authorization number is generated that starts with RA.
- Credit value : Invoice price.
- The goods must be packed and complete with all accessories and documentation accompanying the product.
- If you have multiple RMA, indicate in the packages all the RMA numbers of which the shipment is.
- Once I arrived at our warehouse, the subscription will be generated in the next 48/72 hours.
- Shipping costs: Shipping due with ESSistemastransport. If you wish you can request the collection of the goods from tracking returns. Once the pick-up order is complete, you will receive an email with the transport label. The label can be printed from tracking rma. Conditions and modality for the acceptance of the logistic return (Authorized Rma)
· In addition to the general conditions of return, the following must be taken into account:
- The goods must be in the original packaging and complete with all accessories and documentation and manuals accompanying the product.
- b) ESSistemas shall be liable for damage to the products declared in the rma's application.
· Logistics incidents
- Damaged bulks (outside damage)
- Insertion period: 7 working days from receipt of the goods.
- Specific annotation describing damage to the delivery pod.
- Required documents: copy of the pod with the incident review.
- Credit note value: Invoice price.
- Shipping costs: Due shipping. ESSistemas will give the pick-up order to the same transport that made the delivery and at the same address where it was made.
- Damaged product (hidden damage)
- Insertion period: 7 working days from receipt of the goods.
- Annotation in POD: Not required.
- Requested documents:
- For all cases: photos of the 6 full sides of the outer packaging and the damaged product.
- For broken screens, add photo from the screen off and photo of the screen on.
- Credit note value: Invoice price.
- Shipping costs: Shipping due with ESSistemastransport. If you wish you can request the collection of the goods from tracking returns. - Lack of lumps
- Insertion period: 7 working days from receipt of the goods.
- Specific annotation describing the number of missing packages.
- Requested documents: copy of the pod with the incident review.

- Lack of product inside the package
- Insertion period: 7 working days from receipt of the goods.
- Annotation in POD: Not required.
- Credit note value: Invoice price.
- Product Investment
- Insertion period: 7 working days from receipt of the goods.
